Third place for Todor Hristov in “Rally Morocco”

The hardest rally race in Africa brought success for the Bulgarian participant in ATV class - Todor Hristov.
Despite injuring his hand during the second day, Hristov was able to finish third, passing 2000 kilometers in the desert . The race is a part of preparation for “Dakar 2013” and the Bulgarian Team was able to learn many lessons from this participation. The other participant from “Bulgaria Off-road Team” – Orlin Alexiev was not able to fix the problem with the electronic of his BMW X1 and to finish the race.
Hristov and Alexiev will take part in the National Off-road Championship at the end of this week in Dobrich, as Alexiev will fight to become a champion for 2013.

The Bulgarian – Zornitza Todorova with KTM won in class “ATV – Enduro Cup” on the prestigious rally “Tunisia”, which is a part of the “World Cup”. Second was her teammate Todor Hristov, with whom she will participate on Rally “Dakar 2012”

Zornitsa Todorova - born in Veliko Tarnovo, 34, works as a designer in her own design office. She has been racing with ATV since 2008 and has won many prizes in The National Enduro Championship and Rally-raid events in Bulgaria and Greece.

Born in Silistra 43 years ago he finished his master’s degree in the University of Veliko Turnovo. Later he graduated "Aristotle University" in Greece. Hristov is one of the first off-road riders in Bulgaria starting from 2001 year. He is the first Bulgarian off-road champion teamed with Aleksander Kovachev and their car Mercedes G 2.8 in the year of 2002.
