After the first stage of 270km near to town Erfoud, Hristov is on 4th position from 12 participants in his class with ATV and 52 in overall with motorcycles from 80 started. Mistake in navigation among the dunes delayed him with one hour and it cost him better ranking for the day. The other participant from “Bulgaria Off-road team” Orlin Alexiev with BMW X1 – A2 Concept didn’t started, because of technical problems with the computer of the car, despite successful tests in previous day. Today they will know if they can join the race, and for Hristov will be hard stage with 315 kilometers with many stony roads and dunes.
